I was wandering around the Sony Metreon yesterday, and stumbled across this place on the 2nd floor…
Basically it was prime real estate on the second floor… tall ceilings, lots of windows, nice wood floors, and all they could think to do with it was to create a giant claw game arcade. Dozens and dozens of the things, arranged in interesting ways throughout the space, and filled with various plushie junk. Panda bears, polar bears, “who’s your kitty” pillows, and spiderman dolls playing guitar…
It was kind of strange cuz it looked so nice. I was half expecting them to be filled with nice prizes like watches, video games, nice clothing, and for it to cost like $20 a turn… but nope. $.50-$1.00, and nuthin but crap.
It was still kinda cool though
